My 219th Platinum, No Man’s Sky (took roughly 200h).

I held off on No Man’s Sky cause it just wasn’t up there on my priority list (multiplayer games that I could play with friends or story driven games). Turns out that I was lucky that I did, as the game fell short of expectations. Although I won’t dwell on that too much as the game has been overhauled and shown a lot of love from the developers with updates and fixes to take the game even further than the original expectations.

I loved exploring the many planets with a surprise on each, be it fauna, flora, weather systems, treasures and minerals. I enjoyed finding random ships that I could claim and fix up, aliens that I could barter with or learn their language.

I loved that you could build an extensive farm on each planet with different resources to either sell or use to manufacture fuel and the likes to further your reach into the stars.

I spent many hours just building bases 😀

With all of that said I still had had a few issues with crashes, sever lag and reloading the game to find I was missing chunks of my bases. Which meant I had to be careful with my saves.

Difficulty rating,  a 2/10, the game wasn’t hard once you had an understanding of the mechanics and learnt which resources to keep on hand

Fun rating, a 7/10. I enjoyed the space exploration and just how chilled the game is overall. I also enjoyed checking out other peoples bases while showing my own off. Also nothing like coming across somebody’s base and cleaning it for the next time they come on hahahah
